This holiday season, OPI is rekindling a wonderful relationship with one of our favorite ladies to create OPI Gwen Stefani Holiday Collection 2014. This collection is packed with classic festive reds, dazzling jewel tones, and joyous sparkling effects to make it more than just a fling.
Peanuts by OPI brings to life Charles M. Schulz’s comic strip characters for Halloween 2014. Inspired by “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” the four new limited edition nail lacquer shades include seasonal yellow and black crèmes, as well as two black-based glitter hues.
“When creating colors for a new seasonal collection, I always draw inspiration from the food, music, art, landscape and street style of a particular destination,” remarks Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Co-Founder & Executive VP. “While conceptualizing the shades of the Nordic Collection, I ate cinnamon buns and drank glogg, snapped photographs of brightly painted houses, and gazed in wonder at the region’s topography – from the northern lights and midnight sun to lava flats and deep fjords. All of these diverse elements came together to inspire an equally varied array of colors that capture the aesthetic of the Nordic region.
Sunglasses are to protect your eyes from the sun, but this summer you’ll be wearing them indoors too. Why, do you ask? Because you, my friend, will be wearing this summer’s fantastic OPI Neons 2014 Collection!
There’s something intensely fun about glitzy, glittery nails. That sparkle can seep into your soul, spreading happiness almost as much as a bowl of ice cream or a sunny day. This week i’m wearing OPI HLE18 Baby Please Come Home from Holiday 2013 Mariah Carey collab collection (of course!). It’s a soft lilac liquid sand that gives just the right amount of glimmer without being over the top. I find it to be quite natural looking and cooler-months appropriate. Delicate, feminine and classy.
