“For a natural brow look use your brow products to create an illusion of shadow from brow hair on skin.”
If you’d like to add definition and enhance the look of your eyebrows without making them too fake, too heavy or too “masculine” use a light hand and a light color.
The best color to choose would be your eyebrow color but 1-2 shades lighter. The effect we are going for here is not “painting in extra brow hair”, but that of “shade” that they cast on your skin.
It will create just enough definition without overkill. This technique will make brow product almost invisible during the bright light of the day, so it’s perfect for very natural yet realistically enhanced makeup looks.

Is that eye shadow too sheer it doesn’t even show? Is that concealer not pigmented – or creasing on you? Is that primer completely useless? Does that blush color make you look sick? Well maybe it’s time to call it quits and find a good quality replacement. Keyword: Edit.
A lot of times were influenced into using certain hyper-trendy products by YouTube, blogs, cosmetic sales associates, friends, or simply we don’t feel “cool” if we don’t use them (don’t judge). But if you literally can’t see any difference while using it, or even worse – it makes you look less complementing than without it – it’s time to cut the bs and stop using it. Better be honest than nice.
If you remove one useless step from your makeup routine, and replace frustrating products with ones that deliver results, you can save your time and effort and get ready in a shorter period of time. Totally worth it.

“Lining your lips from the outer corner in will create a more full, round lip shape. Lining lips from middle out tends to create a more pointy cupid’s bow”
In 90 cases out of 100, this is what tends to happen. It’s just how are hands work.
Choosing a more rounded lip silhouette or a pointy and straight lip is entirely up to you. Both are fun, but the first one seems to be in line with what’s considered to be the “current beauty ideal”. Whatever.
You can always experiment with both and see what suits your face or your mood better. But it’s always good to know what you’re doing and achieve your desired lip look intentionally.

The corners of the lips is one area we rarely pay attention to, but in fact it’s one of the facial features that can take your overall look from looking “upset” to “welcoming” in seconds.
Even though you may not have downward lip corners naturally, they tend to have redness, discoloration or some kind shadow for most people. And they may eventually sag with age as skin looses it’s tightness and tone.
Concealing the outer lip corners and even adding some subtle highlight to this area will instantly bring a potential “resting bitch face” to its more friendly, almost smiley version. And quite possibly will rewind your lips to a few years back. And who wouldn’t like that?

The last eyelashes on the outer corner of the eye grow on a more horizontal line or sometimes even go down, creating an undesirable “droopy eye” effect for some people.
If you add definition mostly to the lashes that go upwards and remove mascara (or trim falsies, whichever is your case), so that the last defined lash goes up, it will create an instant eye lift, make your eyes appear more awake and will help create more of an almond shape.
This tip also works for the majority of eyelid shapes, including normal, hooded, droopy and monolid. Btw, did you notice that Britney Spears has really droopy eyes? No? Google it. See the power of makeup?
